The new federal hemp rules threaten the availability of many Delta-8 gummy formulations. Participating Delta-8 gummies in this collection will leave our store beginning November 12.
Are Delta-10 Gummies Getting Banned?
Delta-10 gummy blends can be affected by restrictions on cannabinoids synthesized or manufactured outside the cannabis plant. Our participating Delta-10 gummies follow the same November 12 sales cutoff.
Are THCP Gummies Getting Banned?
THCP gummies and blends can be affected by the new manufacturing restrictions and finished-product limits. We’re clearing participating THCP blends before our November 12 cutoff.
What About HHC Gummies?
HHC faces a separate federal restriction. DEA specifically listed HHC as a Schedule I controlled substance in a rule effective May 4, 2026, and is also included in this upcoming ban.
